Improve the company's digital marketing infrastructure and launch MSCI's new value proposition.

​Main Project Steps

  • Identified the most suitable CMS technology for MSCI's marketing organization. 

  • Led the implementation project and integrations in close collaboration with the technical teams and the agency.

  • Coordinated a comprehensive website restructuring.

  • In paralel, managed the complete visual brand upgrade on all digital surfaces.

  • Oversaw the internal and public digital launch campaigns.

 

Achievements

  • Successfully launched an upgraded and rebranded website within an extremely tight 8 months timeframe.

  • Contributed to achieve significant savings (1.5 million USD over 5 years) by convincing leadership of implementing a solution best fit for the maturity of the marketing organization.
